1. Return Eligibility
Items purchased from UjuziKilimo can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation intact.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
4. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns initiated by the customer that do not fall under damaged or defective categories. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
