1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for purchases made within 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

2. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Partial Refunds

The following situations may result in partial refunds:

  • Item shows signs of use or wear
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Accessories or components are missing
  • Restocking fee applies (15% of purchase price)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Subscription services (after 7-day trial period)
  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

5. Subscription Refunds

Free trial subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without charge. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled within the first 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are available but you can cancel at any time for future billing.

7. Exceptions
